Christmas in Paris? Paris is romantic and beautiful year-round but during Christmas time, it gets an extra bonus and is a very popular destination in Europe. The stunning decorations during the festive time make for perfect Instagram photos.
It’s been my first visit in Paris for Christmas and I created this list of the best Christmas Instagrammable Spots in Paris for you.
Top 7 Instagrammable Christmas Spots in Paris
1 – Le Village Royal
Le Village Royal already is a popular Instagram Spot in Paris. Especially due to their beautiful decorations, it can get very crowded. Best is to come very early in the morning {they open around 8am} or half an hour before they close {7pm}.
2 – Galeries Lafayette
Yes, there is a huge walk just right in front of this scenic Christmas tree. But you have to wait up to 2 hours to get a shot. Thus, I searched for a quiet spot to view the Christmas tree and got my desired photo without having to wait hours and hours.
3 – Christmas Market at Les Halles
As you can see, it’s very busy downstairs, but you have the chance to take pictures from the stairs which is even better as you can capture the whole Christmas tree!
4 – Place Vendôme
Searching for authentic French architecture and huge Christmas trees to take pictures? Place Vendôme got you covered!
5 – Festive Streets during the Christmas time
You can find beautiful decorations pretty much everywhere in Paris during Christmas time. Just snap a picture during sunset. This picture was taken at Avenue Matignon.
6 – Le Bon Marché
The perfect spot for a shooting with endless Christmas trees!
7 – Christmas Market at Jardin de Tuileries
La Magie de Noël aux Tuileries is my favorite Christmas market, ever! They serve the best mulled wine {vin chaud} and the setting is just perfect.
